GET 70% DISCOUNT ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADES!
According to the US Department of Energy, energy use in commercial and industrial facilities accounted for over 25% of ALL energy consumed in New Jersey in 2009. Most of this energy is consumed in the building envelope, specifically heating, cooling and lighting.
The NJ Clean Energy Program, sponsored by the Board of Public Utility, offers a program call DIRECT INSTALL. This program is funded by public, investor owned utilities. As such, electric upgrades are not eligible because all Madison businesses are served by the Madison Electric Utility, a municipally owned and operated facility. However, Madison businesses and institutions are eligible for natural gas heating upgrades.
Small and mid-sized commercial buildings with boilers not exceeding 500,000 Btuh and furnaces not exceeding 140,000 Btuh may qualify. Businesses submit the last 12 months utility bills to prove they are in the area and within the limits.
The program is turnkey. The NJ Clean Energy Program selected Donnelly Energy Solutions as Morris County's contractor. After your call, Donnelly Energy will visit your site, review your equipment, determine if you are eligible, and draft a proposal. The program will directly pay for up to 70% of the costs with you paying the remainder.
