Merchant/Employee Parking Permit Application

  3. Vehicle Information

    Applicants are able to enter vehicle information for up-to two (2) cars. Please note that this does not permit the parking of two cars at the same time. Each parked car requires it's own permit.

  5. In order to obtain a parking permit, you will need to verify your Madison employment by uploading a copy of your latest pay stub. The pay stub must show your name along with the business name and address. If you do not have a pay stub, you may upload a business card or other document that contains both your name and the name of the business.

  8. In order to obtain a parking permit you will need to upload your vehicle registration.

    All registrations will be checked through the Motor Vehicle Database.

    The 2020 parking permit fee is $100.00

    Acceptable forms of payment for parking permits are check and money order.
