WINNER SELECTION: Grand Prize Winners will be selected (via random drawing) by October 25, 2019, by a random drawing of all entries submitted. Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Winners have 48 hours from notification to respond or will forfeit prize.
Eligibility and Limitations. Only one (1) entry per person for this promotion.
Publicity and Marketing. By participating, all entrants and the winners grant the Borough of Madison, Madison Main Street Foundation, Madison Downtown Development Commission and Madison Chamber of Commerce exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses, in connection with promotion of this and other contests, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
