1. How can I obtain an annual parking permit?

Contact parking@rosenet.org to obtain the most appropriate annual parking permit application. All applications are submitted online and require copies of your license, registration and in some instances proof of employment in Madison. For more information, click here. 

2. What does an annual parking permit cost?

The 2020 parking permit fees are as follows:

Commuter Resident: $450.00

Merchant/Employee: $100.00 with a bulk rate available upon request for those looking to acquire six or more permits. 

Residential Tenant: $175.00

3. How can I be added to the waiting list for a Commuter Resident Parking Permit?

5. I would like to take the train out of Madison and I do not have a parking permit, where can I park?

You may park in the parking lot on the Kings Road side of the Madison Train Station or in the designated spots in the Kings Road Lot for $7 per day. Payments may be made through the BoxCar app.

6. May I park my vehicle overnight at the Madison Train Station?

No, but you may park in the Kings Road Lot overnight in designated areas as long as the $7 for the following day is pay via the BoxCar app.
