2014 Strategic Planning Initiative

The Borough embarked on a comprehensive strategic planning initiative in 2014 with volunteer committees and staff analyzing 4 areas; Business Operations, Budget/Finance, Utilities and Capital. The reports presented by the Strategic Planning Committees can be found below:

Business Operations

The Business Operations Committee presented their findings to the Borough Council on November 24, 2014. Here is their presentation (PDF) and the data (PDF) they'd collected.

Budget/Finance

The Budget Committee made a presentation (PDF) to the Borough Council on December 8, 2014.

The Committee’s final report, budget guidelines and cover letter were given to Council on June 1, 2015.

Utilities

The Utilities Committee made a presentation (PDF) on January 12th. The Committee came back to Council on August 10th with a presentation and recommendations (PDF).
