EXXON UPDATE

The "Exxon Campus" shown in the map below is a roughly 500 acre tract of land located in the south west corner of Florham Park (with a small section in Madison).

The existing configuration is shown in the map below.

Following an intense round of negotiations in the final months of 2006, the property owners (Gale/Rock), and the Boroughs of Florham Park and Madison have tentatively agreed to support a new configuration.  The proposed configuration is shown in this map.

The terms of the agreement are not yet finalized, nor is the final general development plan for the office and housing area.  Watch for additional details in local papers (and here -- eventually...).
