If you're concerned about regional land-use issues in the Southeastern Morris County, NJ area, you've come to the right place.
Members of the Southeast Morris League for Strategic Solutions (SEAMLESS) organization seek to better understand the regional impact of the substantial growth in commercial development, to educate participants and citizens as to the likely effects, and to encourage a balanced approach to development which meets the needs of developers, tenants, and local residents.
Commercial development in the region is proceeding at an explosive pace, overwhelming the ability of local residents and local officials to fully understand all the ramifications and impacts of proposals or have an appropriate voice in helping to shape the future of their own communities. An extraordinarily large amount of new office space is being proposed -- by some measures more than a million square feet of additional offices right in our backyard. This will affect our regional communities in a number of ways:

The Florham Park Exxon Campus is in the news again. One of the last remaining large parcels of open space is being developed. Details available here.
