Summer Camp for a Day: A Patchwork of History

Description
Campers will learn the art of quilting and learn about quilts that were made by Early Americans, slaves, and Americans today. Crafts will include various quilt-making activities. The Museum will host eight unique, one-day summer camps for children ages 7-12. This camp is a full day of activities without the long term commitment. Campers will learn about different aspects of history and participate in a variety of hands-on craft projects based on the Museum’s exhibits. Space is limited. Advance registration required.
