The
Madison Volunteer Ambulance Corps was incorporated in 1954. The
Corps is a non-profit volunteer ambulance provider to the town
of Madison. We are located in the heart of Madison next to the
Hartley Dodge memorial building. We currently have three
ambulances, and are staffed by our fifty-plus volunteers 365
days and nights a year.
The Corps
provides a free service to the town of Madison and its citizens.
Mainly raised through fundraising, the Corps' annual budget is
used to cover costs of operating our building, maintenance and
upkeep of our three ambulances, and medical supplies.

All of
our full members are NJ State Certified and National Registry
EMT's trained in emergency response and basic life support. In
addition to the basic life support we provide,
Paramedics, dispatched
out of local area hospitals, provide advanced life support if
needed.
Calls are assisted by
Madison Police
as well as
Madison Fire Department.
