08-May-2003 Save the date for the Madison Historical Society Annual Dinner Meeting at the Fairmount Country Club! Featured talk: Greenhouses, Conservatories, & History under Glass -- Speaker Janet W. Foster.
Ms. Foster is an award winning architectural historian and historic preservation consultant who has been researching and investigating New Jersey's architecture since 1983. Ms. Foster has written two books on architecture. Locally, she helped develop the Drew University Historic Preservation Certificate Program. She is currently Assistant Director of the Historic Preservation Program in the Graduate School of Architecture, Columbia University. Janet lives with her husband and two sons in Madison in a house built in 1896.
