PUBLIC NOTICE

RESOLUTION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE BOROUGH OF MADISON, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, ESTABLISHING A REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT DURING THE YEAR 2008 AND JANUARY 2009

 

            NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison, in the County of Morris and the State of New Jersey as follows:

 

            PURSUANT TO the Open Public Meetings Act approved October 21, 1975, as Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, known as and hereinafter designated as the “Open Public Meetings Act” aforesaid, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison hereby gives notice that it will meet on each of the dates set forth below, at the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey.

 

            The Regular meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the year 2008 shall be held on the Second Thursday of every month, except in the months of February and October during the Year 2008, when the regular meeting will be held on the First Thursday of the month. The meetings will be held at 7:30 PM in the Board Room, on the second floor of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building.  Entrance to the Hartley Dodge Memorial will be via the East Entrance.

            Thursday, January 10, 2008 Re-Organization and Regular Meeting  

Thursday, January 31, 2008 Special Meeting Call 

            Thursday, February 7, 2008  (First Thursday)  

Monday, February 11, 2008 Special Meeting Call

Monday, March 10, 2008 Special Meeting Call

             Thursday, March 13, 2008

            Thursday, April 10, 2008  

          Monday, April 14, 2008 Special Meeting Call

            Thursday, May 8, 2008

Notice of any additions to the above schedule, or changes in the time, date or place or any scheduled meeting, will be published separately in the Madison Eagle and posted on the Bulletin Board at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey and delivered to the newspapers in advance, as required by law.
