NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE, that a special meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison is scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2008 at 7:30 P.M., in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison for the continued public hearing on the following application. 

CASE NO. Z-07-45 - Application of St. Vincent Martyr Church, Block 2801, Lot 8, 26 Green Village Road, Madison, for Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval, Conditional Use Variance and Associated Variance Approval to renovate and construct an addition to the existing church and to construct an addition to the existing school located in a P (Residential/Office) Zone District. The application was partially heard at a special meeting held on Monday, March 10, 2008 and carried to a special meeting on Monday,  April 14, 2008 for further proceedings.  

All plans and documents pertaining to the variance application are on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the Administrative Official, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, second floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial, Madison, N.J.
