MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION

 

 

 

TAKE NOTICE that at the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison held on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 7:30 P.M., in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, NJ, the Board took the following action: 

 

MINUTES FOR APPROVAL – Regular Meeting of 6/12/08 was adopted as modified.  

 

RESOLUTIONS  

CASE NO. Z-08-12-Resolution granting the Amended Variance Application of Mathew and Meagan Faraher, Block 1105, Lot 7, 14 Anthony Drive, Madison was adopted.

  

CASE NO. Z-08-15-Resolution granting the Variance Application of Joe and Lisa Carr, Block 0802,

Lot 12, 17 Seven Oaks Circle, Madison was adopted.

 

CASE NO. Z-08-16-Resolution granting the Variance Application of Chris and Mary Heck, Block

207, Lot 3, 5 Glendale Road, Madison was adopted.

 

APPLICATIONS

 

CASE NO. Z-08-17- Application of Marty and Kristina Putenis, Block 0208, Lot 14, 37 Fairwood Road, Madison, to construct proposed 1 story addition between the existing house and existing garage on property,

requiring Variance relief from the minimum side yard setback requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the August 14, 2008 meeting.

 

CASE NO. Z-08-18- Application of Thomas and Christina Haralampoudis, Block 4001, Lot 7, 27 Pomeroy

Road, Madison, for the removal and replacement of a portion of existing 2-story dwelling, converting dwelling from having a front loading attached 2 car garage to a side loading 3 car garage. Proposed; driveway

re-alignment, rear patio, rear deck, retaining walls, stairs and walkways on property, requiring Variance relief from the minimum side yard setback, Driveway yard setback grade (First 25’) grade and retaining wall yard

setback requirements. The application was partially heard and carried to the August 14, 2008 meeting for further proceedings on revised plans that will be submitted.  

    

CASE NO. Z-08-19- Application of Mike and Anne Biedermann, Block 4004, Lot 14, 131 Woodland Road,

Madison, to construct proposed 1 story addition, (2)-2nd story additions and rear deck stairs onto the existing single family dwelling, requiring Variance relief from the minimum side yard setback requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the August 14, 2008 meeting.

 

CASE NO. Z-08-20- Application of Andrew and Jerri Girvin, Block 0902, Lot 24, 25 Longview Avenue, Madison,  to construct proposed 2nd story addition, roof over existing front stoop, roof over existing rear wood deck on property, requiring minimum front yard setback and minimum side yard setback requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the August 14, 2008 meeting.

 

Request for an Extension of Variance Approval by the new property owner, Edward G. Winchester, for

CASE NO. Z-06-24-Sinton, Block 911, Lot 1, 9 Lee Avenue, Madison was granted by the board. 

   

All applications, plans and resolutions of the Zoning Board are on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrative Official, Land Use Services, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, at the second floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey.
