NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

TAKE NOTICE that at the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison held on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 7:30 P.M., in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, NJ, the Board took the following action: 

 

MINUTES FOR APPROVAL – Regular Meeting of 5/8/08 was adopted as modified.  

 

RESOLUTIONS FOR MEMORIALIZATION

CASE NO. Z-07-42- Resolution denying the Variance Application of Christopher and Kris Leone,

Block 2101, Lot 4, 20 Highland Avenue, Madison was adopted.

   

CASE NO. Z-08-13 -Resolution granting the Variance Application of James Rae and Jeanine Wiss,

Block 2401, Lot 20, 6 Samson Avenue, Madison was adopted.

 

CASE NO. Z-08-14 -Resolution granting the Variance Application of Bruce and Loretta Simmons,

Block 2102, Lot 8, 42 Rosedale Avenue, Madison was adopted.

 

APPLICATIONS

CASE NO. Z-08-12- Application of Mathew and Meagan Faraher, Block 1105, Lot 7, 14 Anthony Drive,

Madison, to construct proposed 2nd story addition, 2 ½ story addition to the existing dwelling and driveway modifications on property, requiring Variance relief from the minimum front yard setback, maximum principal building coverage and maximum impervious lot coverage requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the July 10, 2008 meeting.

 

CASE NO. Z-08-15- Application of Joe and Lisa Carr, Block 0802, Lot 12, 17 Seven Oaks Circle,

Madison, to construct proposed front and rear 1 story additions, front and rear covered porches, rear 2nd story addition, rear 2nd story cantilevered 2nd story addition, 2nd story addition and rear paver patio on property,

requiring Variance relief from the minimum front yard setback and minimum rear yard setback requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the July 10, 2008 meeting.

 

CASE NO. Z-08-16- Application of Chris and Mary Heck,  Block 207, Lot 3,  5 Glendale Road, Madison,

to construct proposed 1 story rear addition on property, requiring Variance relief from the minimum side yard setback (Left) and principal building coverage requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the July 10, 2008 meeting.

     

All applications, plans and resolutions of the Zoning Board are on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrative Official, Land Use Services, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, at the second floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey.
