Madison held on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 7:30 P.M., in the Board Room

on property, requiring Variance relief from the Critical Slope (25% or greater)
Disturbance requirements. The Board carried the application to the regular
meeting on April 10, 2008, per the applicant’s request for continuation of
the public hearing that was started at the special meeting on January 31,
2008.

- Application of Joseph Seneca, Seneca Cooke Enterprises, LLC, Block

Street, Madison for the construction of a new two-family dwelling on Lot 16,
Block 1107, with proposed parking in the rear of the building. Variance approval
is being sought for proposed driveway/parking lot and existing pavement removal
on property, requiring Variance relief
from the maximum impervious
lot coverage, minimum driveway setback, minimum lot width and minimum lot area
within 125’ of R.O.W. requirements. The Board carried the application to the
regular meeting on April 10, 2008 per the applicant’s request for the
initial public hearing. No further notice is required.

amended to eliminate previously proposed pool house, thus eliminating request
for variance from maximum impervious lot coverage requirement. The
application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be

Madison, to construct proposed 2nd story addition to be used
as additional bedroom and/or sitting room over the attached garage on property,
requiring Variance relief from the minimum right side yard setback requirements.
The Board carried the application to the regular meeting on April 10, 2008,
per the applicant’s request for the initial public hearing.
