NOTICE, that
at the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of
Madison held on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at 7:30 pm, in the Board Room
of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, NJ, the Board took the
following action:
MINUTES-Re-Organization Meeting Minutes of 1/10/08 was
adopted as edited and the Regular Meeting Minutes of 1/10/08 was adopted as
edited.
RESOLUTIONS

NO. Z-07-40-
Resolution granting the Variance Application of Stephen & Nola Gephart,
Block 0203, Lot 10, 2 Forest Road, Madison, to construct proposed 1 story
addition, covered porch, patio and walkways on property was adopted.

Resolution granting the Variance Application of Gregg Everett & Mary
Storella, Block 4315, Lot 7, 181 Green Village Road, Madison, to construct
proposed 2 story addition and Paver Patio on property was adopted.

Application of James & Janet Foster, Block 3701, Lot 26, 27 Maple Avenue,
Madison, to erect proposed new-detached
garage with a roof ridge higher than permitted for accessory buildings on
property, requiring Variance relief from the maximum accessory building height
requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions.

CASE NO. Z-07-48
- Application of Joseph Seneca, Seneca Cooke Enterprises, LLC, Block
1107,
Lots 15 & 16, 27 South
Street, Madison for the construction of a new two-family dwelling on Lot 16,
Block 1107, with proposed parking in the rear of the building. Variance approval
is being sought for proposed driveway/parking lot and existing pavement removal
on property, requiring Variance relief
from the maximum impervious
lot coverage, minimum driveway setback, minimum lot width and minimum lot area
within 125’ of R.O.W. requirements. The Board carried the application to the
next
regular meeting on March
13, 2008 for the initial public hearing. No further notice is required.

subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the March 13,

Application of Bill and Maria Scavone, Block 302 Lot 8, 25 Ardsleigh Drive,
Madison, to
construct proposed second floor bedroom addition to the existing dwelling on
property,
requiring Variance relief
from the minimum front yard setback and maximum impervious lot coverage
requirements. The Board carried the application to the next regular meeting on
March 13, 2008 for the initial public hearing. No further notice is
required.
