Final Site Plan Approval, Conditional Use Variance, Height Variance and other
Associated Variance Relief was adopted.

Resolution granting
the Variance Application of David A. Johnson, Block 3101, Lot 28, 4 Ross Court,
Madison, to construct proposed front porch portico over existing porch to
the existing single family dwelling

1-bedroom residential units with 8 garage spaces on bottom level and 8 outdoor
parking spaces in rear of building. The application was approved subject to
certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the special meeting on
January 31, 2008.

The Board scheduled a Special Meeting for Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 7:30
P.M.
to address the backlog of
pending applications carried from the January 10, 2008 regular meeting.
