MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION

                       

MARCH 1, 2007 SPECIAL MEETING

  

TAKE NOTICE, that at a special meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough

of Madison held on Thursday, March 1, 2007, at 7:30 P.M., in the Board Room of

the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, the continued public hearing was held on

the following application and the Board carried the matter to the next regular meeting on March 8,

2007 for scheduling purposes only: 

 

CASE NO. Z-06-41- Application of Commerce Bank/North (Applicant) for Use Variance and Associated Variances on property commonly known on the Madison Borough Tax Maps as Block 4501, Lots 7 & 8, Green Village Road & Shunpike Road, Madison, for the construction of a Drive-Thru Bank, which is not a permitted use in the P (Professional Office/Residential) Zone District at the Intersection of Green Village Road and Shunpike Road. The Board continued the public hearing on the Use Variance and carried the application to the next regular meeting of the Board on March 8, 2007 for the purpose of setting a hearing date for further proceedings. 

 

All plans and documents pertaining to the variance application are on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the Administrative Official, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, second floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial, Madison, N.J.
