The Board started the public hearing on the application, which was carried to the
January
11, 2007 meeting for further proceedings. No
further notice is required.
CASE NO. Z-06-49-Application
of Joseph Palawasta, Block 0913, Lot 3, 59 Valley Road, Madison, for proposed
removal and replacement of existing 2nd story, proposed front porch,
stoop and walkway, proposed detached garage, removal and expansion of existing
driveway, requiring Variance relief from the minimum front yard setback, maximum
principal building coverage, maximum impervious lot coverage requirements. The
application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be
memorialized at the January 11, 2007 meeting.
