MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION

  MAY 25, 2005 SPECIAL MEETING

 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a special meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison on Thursday, May 25, 2006 in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, the Board took the following action:

 

             RESOLUTIONS     

             CASE NO. Z-06-05- Resolution granting the Variance Application of Todd and John Racioppi,

              Racioppi Construction Co., Inc., Block 1109, Lot 1, 24 South Street, Madison was adopted.

 

              CASE NO. Z-06-18-Resolution granting the Variance Application of Steven & Robin Flood,

              Block 1101, Lot 15, 9 Wayne Boulevard, Madison was adopted.

 

              CASE NO. Z-06-19- Resolution granting the Variance Application of Dana & Angus Miller,

              Block 3404, Lot 18, 14 Glenwild Road, Madison was adopted.

 

              CASE NO. Z-06-20- Resolution granting the Variance Application of Robert & Dawn Weck,

              Block 0306, Lot 9, 4 Beech Avenue, Madison was adopted.

    

              CASE NO. Z-06-21- Resolution granting the Variance Application of William Hadewycz, Block

              0802, Lot 28, 4 Surrey Lane, Madison was adopted.

 

             APPLICATION

             CASE NO. Z-05-52- The initial hearing was started on the Application of First Morris Bank and Trust,

             Block 1802, Lot 11, 98 Main Street, Madison, for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval, Use

            Variance with associated Variances to remove the existing auto repair facility and construct a new 2-story

             building with significant site improvements on property located in a CBD-1 & CBD-2 (Central Business

             Zone) Zone District. Use variance to allow a financial institution with drive-up window on the property;

             variances from the five-foot setback for parking areas and driveways, sign regulations, impervious

             coverage and other approvals, variances or waivers as may be required. The application was partially

             heard and carried to the regular meeting on June 8, 2006 for discussion of the applicant’s request for

             another special meeting to continue the proceedings on the application.

 

All applications, plans and resolutions of the Zoning Board are on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrative Official, Land Use Services, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, at the second floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey.
