MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION

 

 

TAKE NOTICE, that at the meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison held on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 7:30 pm, in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, NJ the Board took the following action: 

 

 

RESOLUTIONS: 

 

CASE NO. Z-05-59-Resolution granting the Variance Application of Timothy Tracy,

Block 0302, Lot 17, 6 Redmond Drive, Madison was adopted. 

 

CASE NO. Z-05-62- Resolution granting the Variance Application of Herman and Ann Huber, Block 3702, Lot 5, 54 Maple Avenue, Madison, was adopted. 

 

CASE NO. Z-05-64- Resolution granting the Variance Application of Scott and Beth Ferranti, Block 4101, Lot 4, 240 Woodland Road, Madison, was adopted.

Application requesting permission to install a driveway at 107 Park Avenue for proposed parking area requiring Variance relief was approved and a resolution memorializing the action was recommended.
