MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION

 

   

TAKE NOTICE, that at a special meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of

Madison held on Tuesday, January 24, 2006, at 7:30 PM, in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge

Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, the Board took the following action:

 

   RESOLUTIONS FOR ADOPTION

 

   Madison Zoning Board of Adjustment Annual Report Resolution for 2005 was adopted.

 

     CASE NO. Z-05-43- Board authorized corrected Resolution in the Matter of the Variance

     Application of Patrick and Sharon Farrell, Block 4001, Lot 33, 63 West Lane, Madison.

  

  CASE NO. Z-05-56- Resolution granting the Amended Variance Application of Scott

  Ponder for Variance Relief from the fence regulations in Section 195-25.5 of the Land

  Development Ordinance to allow a six-foot high fence to remain on property in the front

  yards and in front of the rear building lines on a corner lot located in Block 3404, Lot 23,

  123 Green Village Road, Madison was adopted.

 

     APPLICATIONS               

           CASE NO. Z-05-59- Variance Application of Timothy Tracy as Applicant and Owner, Block

           0302, Lot 17, 6 Redmond Drive, Madison to construct the proposed 1 story addition for kitchen

           and bathroom and wood deck, requiring Variance relief from the maximum principal building

           coverage requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to

           be memorialized at the next meeting of the board.  

 

            CASE NO. Z-05-60- Variance Application of Eduardo and Matilde Cariello as Applicant and

            Owner, Block 0307, Lot 17, 5 Crestwood Drive, Madison to construct proposed 2nd story addition

            onto the existing single family dwelling, requiring Variance relief from minimum front yard

            setback, minimum side yard setback, minimum rear yard setback and maximum principal building

            coverage requirements. The application was partially heard and carried to the March 9, 2006

            meeting for submission of revised plans. No further notice is required.

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-61- Variance Application of Betty Hoskins, Block 0209, Lot 12, 115 Madison

             Avenue, Madison to construct proposed 1 and 2 story additions onto the existing dwelling,

             requiring Variance relief from maximum principal building coverage and maximum impervious

             coverage requirements. The application was partially heard and carried to the March 9, 2006

             meeting for submission of revised plans. No further notice is required.

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-62- Variance Application of Herman and Ann Huber, Block 3702, Lot 5, 54

             Maple Avenue, Madison to construct proposed 2-½ story addition onto the existing dwelling,

             requiring Variance relief from maximum impervious lot coverage requirements. The application

             was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the next meeting of

             the board.

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-63- Variance Application of Matthew and Renee Ferris, Block 1106, Lot 16,

             107 Park Avenue, Madison, to install driveway at 107 Park Avenue for proposed parking area on

             property located in a R-4 (Single Family Residential) Zone District, requiring Variance relief

             from maximum impervious lot coverage requirements. The application was partially heard and

             carried to the Wednesday, February 8, 2006 meeting for submission of revised plans. No further

             notice is required.

              CASE NO. Z-05-64- Variance Application of Scott and Beth Ferranti, Block 4101, Lot 4, 240

              Woodland Road, Madison to construct a one-story addition onto the existing dwelling on

               property located in a R-1 Zone District, requiring Variance relief from maximum principal

               building coverage requirements. The application was approved subject to certain conditions.

               Action to be memorialized at the next meeting of the board.

                

               CASE NO. Z-05-66- Variance Application of Pascal and Sandra Gaurin, Block 0905, Lot 5, 40

               Longview Avenue, Madison to construct proposed 2 story addition, driveway Modifications and

               Paver Patio on property located in a R-3 Zone District, requiring Variance relief from minimum

               principal building coverage requirements. The application was carried to the Wednesday,

               February 8, 2006 meeting for the initial public hearing. No further notice is required.

             

              CASE NO. Z-05-67- Variance Application of David and Theresa Blackwell, Block 3702,

              Lot 36, 6 Washington Drive, Madison to construct the proposed 1 story addition and stone

              patio on property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring Variance relief from minimum

              rear yard setback, maximum principal building coverage and maximum impervious lot

              coverage requirements. The application was carried to the Wednesday, February 8, 2006

              meeting for the initial public hearing. No further notice is required.
