situated, which is in violation of Section
195-25.5.B of the Land
Development Code of Madison
Borough. That section of the Code reads in part, “Any fence over
four feet in height shall
not be located closer to the front line than the rear building line of the
principal structure”. The
subject property is located in a R-3 Zone District. The application was
approved subject to certain
conditions at the special meeting on September 29, 2005. Action to be
memorialized at a later
