MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison held on Monday, April 18, 2005 at 7:30 PM , in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road , Madison , the following action was taken:

 

Approval of Minutes- Special Meeting of 4/13/2005 was deferred for review.

 

       RESOLUTIONS FOR MEMORIALIZATION

              CASE NO. Z-05-07- Resolution approving the Application of Joscelin Burrer and

              Jane Giordano, Block 4004, Lot 8, 107 Pomeroy Road , Madison was adopted.

 

              CASE NO. Z-05-09 Resolution approving the Application of Christopher and Julie

              Royse, Block 3601, Lot 8, 27 Vinton Road , Madison was adopted.

 

             OLD BUSINESS

             CASE NO. Z-05-06-Application of Klaus and Vita Jepsen, Block 4201, Lot 23, 132 Green

             Village Road, Madison, requesting permission to construct a proposed 2 Story Addition, 2nd

                      Story, Covered Front Porch, Rear Porch on property located in a R-2 Zone District,

             requiring variance relief for maximum impervious coverage and maximum principal building

             coverage. The application was approved subject to certain conditions and submission of revised

             plan is required. Action to be memorialized at the May 16, 2005 meeting.

 

            CASE NO. Z-05-04- Application of Sean and Margaux Kelleher, Block 4903, Lot 1, 1 Dellwood

            Drive, requesting permission to construct the proposed 2 story addition and 2nd story addition to

            the existing dwelling located in a R-1 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for minimum front

            yard setback (Dellwood), minimum rear yard setback, maximum impervious coverage and

            maximum principal building coverage. The application was approved subject to certain

            conditions. Action to be memorialized at the May 16, 2005 meeting.

       

             CASE NO. Z-05-10 Application of Robert and Lee Ann O’Donnell, Block 2101, Lot 8,

             78 Brittin Street , Madison , requesting permission to construct proposed second story addition of

             four bedrooms and two bathrooms on property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring Variance

             relief for minimum front yard setback and minimum side yard setback. The application was

             partially heard and carried to the regular meeting on May 16, 2005 for further proceedings.

             Revised Plans should be submitted in advance of the meeting. No further notice is required.          

            

             CASE NO. Z-05-11 Application of Donald and Sandra Motley, Block 4311, Lot 4, 26 Alma

             Avenue, Madison , requesting permission to construct proposed Retaining wall, Brick paver patio

             and Concrete Walkway on property located in a R-3 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for

             maximum impervious coverage. The application was partially heard and carried to the regular

             meeting on May 16, 2005 for further proceedings. Revised Plans should be submitted in advance

             of the meeting. No further notice is required.      

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-12 Application of John and Roxanne McCarthy, Block 4601, Lot 14,  40

             Park Lane , Madison , requesting permission to construct proposed 2 story addition, 2nd story

             addition and Portico on property located in a R-1 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for

             maximum principal building coverage, maximum impervious coverage and minimum front yard

              setback. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized

              at the May 16, 2005 meeting.

              Madison , requesting permission to construct proposed Roof Modification of existing 1 Story

              portion of the Home to allow higher pitched roofs for the existing dining and family rooms on

              property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for minimum side yard setback

              and minimum rear yard setback. The application was approved subject to certain conditions.

              Action to be memorialized at the May 16, 2005 meeting.

 

              CASE NO. Z-05-14 Application of Johan and Katherine Noordsij, Block 4601, Lot 13,

              44 Park Lane , Madison ,  requesting permission to construct proposed 1 Story Addition for

              Family Room and breakfast area addition and unenclosed Front Stoop to an existing home on

              property located in a R-1 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for maximum principal

              building coverage. The application was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be

              memorialized at the May 16, 2005 meeting.

                                           

             NEW BUSINESS

             CASE NO. Z-05-15- Application of Charles and Jeanne Horsey, Block 1901, Lot 18,

             38 Grove Street , Madison requesting permission to construct proposed 2nd Story Addition,

             (2)-2 Story Additions, (1)-1 Story Addition, Covered Rear Porch & Covered Front Porch

             and Stoop to an existing home on property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring Variance

             relief for minimum front yard setback and minimum side yard setback (Left). The application

             was carried to the May 16, 2005 meeting for initial public hearing. No further notice is required.

    

             CASE NO. Z-05-17  Application of Matthew and Michele Brennan, Block 3902, Lot 10,

             6 Kensington Road , Madison requesting permission to construct proposed 2 Story Addition

             and 2nd Story Addition to an existing home on property located in a R-3 Zone District, requiring

            Variance relief for minimum front yard setback. The application was carried to the May 16, 2005

             Meeting for initial public hearing. No further Notice is required.

 

            CASE NO. Z-5-18 Application of David Mortazavi and Rebecca Bedno, Block 0904, Lot 11,

             9 Longview Avenue , Madison requesting permission to construct proposed enclosed Vestibule,

            Stoop and Walkway to an existing home on property located in a R-3 Zone District, requiring

            Variance relief for minimum front yard setback, maximum principal building coverage and

             maximum impervious coverage. The application was carried to the May 16, 2005 meeting for

             initial public hearing. No further Notice is required.
