MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

                                

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a special meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison held on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 7:30 PM, in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, the following action was taken:

 

Approval of Minutes- Regular Meeting of 3/21/2005 was adopted as revised.

 

       RESOLUTIONS FOR MEMORIALIZATION

       CASE NO. Z-04-55  Resolution approving the Application of Steven Eckhardt, Block 3701,

       Lot 21,18 Maple Avenue, Madison was adopted.

 

              CASE NO. Z-05-01 Resolution approving the Application of Thomas and Margaret Haughey,

              Block 2202, Lot 8, 22 Spring Garden Drive, Madison was adopted.

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-05  Resolution approving the Application of Eugene and Kristen Price, Block

             3701, Lot 6, 52 Green Avenue was adopted.

 

             OLD BUSINESS

              CASE NO. Z-04-47 Application of Cellular Telephone Company d/b/a AT & T Wireless

       as Applicant and the Housing Authority of the Borough of Madison as Owner for Preliminary

       and Final Site Plan Approval, Use Variance and Height Variances to install twelve (12)

       telecommunication antennas, one (1) E911GPS antenna and related equipment on the rooftop

       of the existing 4-story Senior Citizen apartment Building on property located at 15 Chateau

       Thierry Avenue, designated on the Borough Tax Map as Block 402, Lot 1.01. The application

        was approved subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the May 16, 2005

        meeting.

 

       NEW BUSINESS

             CASE NO. Z-05-06-Application of Klaus and Vita Jepsen, Block 4201, Lot 23, 132 Green

             Village Road, Madison, requesting permission to construct a proposed 2 Story Addition, 2nd

                      Story, Covered Front Porch, Rear Porch on property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring

             Variance relief for maximum impervious coverage and maximum principal building coverage.

             The application was partially heard and carried to the regular meeting on April 18, 2005

             for further proceedings. No further Notice is required.

 

            CASE NO. Z-05-07 Application of Joscelin Burrer and Jane Giordano, Block 4004, Lot 8,

            107 Pomeroy Road, Madison requesting permission to construct proposed 1 Story Addition,

            2 Story Addition, Front Portico & Patio on property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring

            Variance relief for minimum front yard setback, minimum rear yard setback, maximum

             impervious coverage and maximum principal building coverage. The application was approved

             subject to certain conditions. Action to be memorialized at the April 18, 2005 meeting.

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-09 Application of Christopher and Julie Royse, Block 3601, Lot 8,

             27 Vinton Road, Madison, requesting permission to construct proposed 2 Story Addition,

             2nd Story Addition and 1 Story Addition on property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring

             Variance relief for minimum side yard setback, maximum principal building coverage and

             maximum impervious coverage. The application was approved subject to certain conditions.

             Action to be memorialized at the regular meeting on April 18, 2005.

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-10 Application of Robert and Lee Ann O’Donnell, Block 2101, Lot 8,

             78 Brittin Street, Madison, requesting permission to construct proposed second story addition of

             four bedrooms and two bathrooms on property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring Variance

             relief for minimum front yard setback and minimum side yard setback. The application was

             carried to the regular meeting on April 18, 2005. No further Notice is required.

             Avenue, Madison, requesting permission to construct proposed Retaining wall, Brick paver patio

             and Concrete Walkway on property located in a R-3 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for

             maximum impervious coverage. The application was carried to the regular meeting on April 18,

             2005. No further Notice is required.      

 

             CASE NO. Z-05-12 Application of John and Roxanne McCarthy, Block 4601, Lot 14,  40

             Park Lane, Madison, requesting permission to construct proposed 2 story addition, 2nd story

             addition and Portico on property located in a R-1 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for

             maximum principal building coverage, maximum impervious coverage and minimum front yard

              setback. The application was carried to the regular meeting on April 18, 2005. No further

              Notice is required.

 

              CASE NO. Z-05-13 Application of Tom Mak, Block 3001, Lot 47,  8 Carteret Court,

              Madison, requesting permission to construct proposed Roof Modification of existing 1 Story

              portion of the Home to allow higher pitched roofs for the existing dining and family rooms on

              property located in a R-2 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for minimum side yard setback

              and minimum rear yard setback. The application was carried to the regular meeting on April

              18, 2005. No further Notice is required.

 

              CASE NO. Z-05-14 Application of Johan and Katherine Noordsij, Block 4601, Lot 13,

              44 Park Lane, Madison,  requesting permission to construct proposed 1 Story Addition for

              Family Room and breakfast area addition and unenclosed Front Stoop to an existing home on

              property located in a R-1 Zone District, requiring Variance relief for maximum principal

              building coverage. The application was carried to the regular meeting on April 18, 2005.

              No further Notice is required.
