ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE OF DECISIONS

                       

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a special meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment

of the Borough of Madison held on Thursday, July 1, 2004 at 7:30 PM, in the Board Room

of the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison the following action was taken:

 

            RESOLUTION MEMORIALIZATION AND ROLL CALL VOTE 

           a) CASE NO. Z-04-10 Resolution approving the Application of Doug and

                Melissa Griffie, Block 1001, Lot 49, 138 Central Avenue, Madison was adopted.

 

           b) CASE NO. Z-04-24- Resolution approving the Application of Matthew S.

                and Susan K. Gann, Block 2208, Lot 6, 41 Spring Garden Drive, Madison

                was adopted.

 

           c) CASE NO. Z-04-25-Resolution approving the Application of Gary and

                Karen Deeb, Block 0209, Lot 5.17, 8 Baumgartner Drive, Madison was adopted.

 

           Unfinished Business

           CASE NO. Z03-41 (AMENDED)

           Madison Honda, Block 2208, Lots 23, 24 and 25, 280 Main Street and

           Block 5101, Lot 24, 285 Main Street. The application is amended to appeal,

           Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-72a, the Zoning Officer's zoning violation notices

           as to parking on both parcels and in the alternative to request Preliminary and

           Final Site Plan Approval, Use Variance and Bulk Variances and other variances

           and approvals so as to authorize existing parking activity and modernize its

           facility on property located in a CC (Community Commercial) Zone and

           R-3 (Residential) Zone. The public hearing was started on the appeal and

           amended application, but not concluded due to open issues. The application was

           carried at the applicant's request to the July 20 meeting for consideration of the

           scheduling of a special meeting for continuation of the hearing.
