MADISON ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

                 NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Madison, held on Monday, February 2, 2004, at 7:30 PM, in the Board Room of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey, the following action was taken:

 

            Minutes for Approval

            Minutes Re-Organization Meeting-01/05/2004 was adopted.

            Minutes Regular Meeting-01/05/04 was adopted as corrected.

 

           RESOLUTION FOR MEMORIALIZATION AND ROLL CALL VOTE

           CASE NO. Z03-42- Paul and Teresa Lombardi, Block 3905, Lot 14, 64 Samson Avenue

           was adopted.

           

           APPLICATIONS    

           CASE NO. Z03-41- Preliminary and Final Site Plan and Variance Application,

           Madison Honda, Block 2208, Lots 23,24 and 25, 820 Main Street, Madison. At the

           request of the applicant, the Board scheduled a special meeting for the application on

           Monday, March 1, 2004 to continue the public hearing. No further notice required.  

 

           CASE NO. Z03-53-Variance Application, Arkadiusc Maluszcak, Block 601, Lot 1,

           150 Ridgedale Avenue, Madison was denied. Action to be memorialized at a later date.

 

            CASE NO. Z03-54-Application of Sean and Michelle Flanagan, Block 0103, Lot 26,

            6 Shadylawn Drive, Madison requesting permission to erect a one-story addition and attached

            garage with Optional Music Room in a R-3 Zone District, requiring a variance for minimum side

            yard setback and maximum principal building coverage. The application was partially heard and

            carried to Monday, March 15, 2004 to allow the applicants to consider revisions to the proposal,

            with any revised plans being submitted in advance of the meeting. No further notice required.

 

            CASE NO. Z03-55-Application of Steven and Danielle Lindner, Block 0905, Lot 11,

            22 Longview Avenue, Madison requesting permission to erect a two-story dwelling in a

            R-3 Zone District, requiring a variance for maximum principal building coverage, minimum

            lot depth and minimum front yard setback (Hillview Avenue)(Longview Avenue) was

            approved by resolution.

 

            CASE NO. Z03-56- Application of Robert Young, Block 3502, Lot 2, 9 Green Hill Road,

            Madison, requesting permission to erect a 2 1/2 story addition in a R-2 Zone District, requiring

            a variance for maximum principal building coverage and maximum impervious coverage was

            approved by resolution.

 

            CASE NO. Z03-58-Application of John Terracciano, Block 1105, Lot 8, 18 Anthony Drive,

            Madison, requesting permission to erect a 2 story addition and 2nd story addition in a R-3

            Zone District, requiring a variance for minimum front yard setback, maximum impervious

            coverage and maximum principal building coverage. The application was carried to the

            Monday, March 15, 2004 meeting.

 

            CASE NO. Z04-02- Application of David and Shirley Mutchler, Block 1901, Lot 9, 12

            Grove Street, Madison, requesting permission to extend the side portion of the existing deck

            by 4 ft. toward the side property line and enclose the front and side porches to create a

            sunroom in an R-3 Zone District, requiring minimum front yard setback. The application was

            carried to the Monday, March 15, 2004 meeting.
