| WHO |
All persons who are homebound because of illness, loss
of mobility, or other medical or nutritional problems are eligible
to receive the meals.

| WHEN |
Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week meals are
delivered between 10:00am and 1:00pm except on major holidays.

| WHERE |
Meals are delivered to registered residents in the
Madison and Florham Park communities.
|
| WHY |
The goal is to help people remain independent in their
homes as long as possible.
|
| WHAT |
Hot meals, cold box meal, milk and juice are usually
delivered. Special diets may be accommodated for diabetic, low salt,
low fat or other special calorie needs.

| HOW |
Volunteers from the area churches and congregations
deliver the meals, which are prepared at the Mid-day Friendship
Center, County of Morris.
|
| COST |
Program is funded through county, state and federal
funds and administered through the County Nutrition Project. No
bills are sent to clients. Donations are accepted (suggested amount
- $1.50 per meal) but not necessary. Send and make checks payable to
Mid-day Friendship Center, located at Rexford S. Tucker Apts.
