COMING TO THE GARDEN STATE:
IMMIGRATION & THE GARDEN STATE

The Morris Museum travels to the Madison Civic Center on Monday, May 21 with a hands-on, minds-on experience in history. This program features the immigrant experience in New Jersey with an exploration of the diverse cultures that have contributed to our history.  Whether their  reasons for coming were religious, political or economic, New Jersey offers a wealth of stories of everyday men and women.
The free program begins at 10:30 following a cup of “Coffee with the Mayor” at 10:00am hosted by Mayor Robert Conley.
