SPECIAL POPULATION PROGRAMS
The Borough of Madison financially supports:
- E.P.O.C.H. (Educational Program of Children
Handicapped) is an after school recreational program for special needs
children and teens that meets at the Madison YMCA, twice a week. The
program offers a variety of enrichment and social opportunities,
including sports, fitness, dance/movement, music and field trips in a
supervised and nurturing environment. Volunteers from area college and
high schools provide meaningful leadership for program participants.

- McARP (Morris County Adaptive Recreation Program)
A county-wide program that provides a multitude of recreational and instructional
activities and services for persons with mental retardation and developmental
disabilities.
