The Madison Recreation Department and Madison Chamber of Commerce will be co-sponsoring the Madison Annual Halloween Parade. The Parade will take place on Saturday October 27,2007 with a 1:30 p.m. departure time from Green Village Road School field. The Parade route will go from the Green Village Road School field on Kings Road (by the Red Cross building), where the marchers will meet, turning on Green Village Road to Main Street, up Main Street and turning on Waverly Place, finishing at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building on Kings Road. The program at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building will include a magic show, as well as drawings for gift certificates provided by the Madison Chamber of Commerce. IN THE EVENT OF RAIN, the Magic show and drawing of gift certificates will take place at the Madison Junior High School gym, with a 2 p.m. starting time. Marchers should dress in their Halloween costume. The Parade is open to all Madison youngsters. Parents are also invited to dress up for the Parade.
