MADISON JUNIOR GIRLS LACROSSE

 REGISTRATION

 WHEN:    Saturday, January 12, 2008

 WHERE:  MADISON RECREATION BUILDING, 10 MAPLE AVENUE

 TIME:      9:00 – 11:30 A.M.

 COST:    $100:   3^rd –4^th Grades – Instruction, t-shirt, scrimmages

               $150:   5^th, 6^th, 7^th, 8^th Grades- Instruction uniform, tournament fees, games

Additional equipment expenses not included in the registration fee are the lacrosse stick, mouth guard and protective eyewear.  All players, regardless of age  will be required to have these items.

 Note:    The 7^th and 8^th grade level will have at least 2 weeks of mandatory practices starting the end of March or beginning of April (depending on the weather), then no practices once the season begins.

SPACE IS LIMITED, SO PLEASE DON’T MISS THIS IMPORTANT SIGN UP DAY.  (If you miss the signups on the 12^th,  YOU MUST REGISTER BY FEBRUARY 1).
