D.A.R.E Trip
D.A.R.E Newark Bears Field Trip
This D.A.R.E Graduation Trip, sponsored by Madison PBA 92, took place in May of 2004. Madison PBA sponsored 2 private train cars and front row field level tickets to the game for 200 D.A.R.E students who successfully completed the program during the school year. At the stadium arrangements had been previously made for students to participate in such on field events as throwing the first pitch, standing on the field with players during the national anthem, and participating in games on the field in between innings. This is a great time and is an annual event provided by Madison PBA and the Madison Police Department D.A.R.E program.
