PUBLIC NOTICE

  RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF MADISON, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, ESTABLISHING A REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNING BOARD DURING THE YEAR 2008 AND JANUARY 2009

 

            NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Board of the Borough of Madison in the County of Morris and the State of New Jersey as follows:

 

            PURSUANT TO Chapter 231 of the Public Laws of the State of New Jersey for 1975, known as and hereinafter designated as the "Open Public Meetings Act" aforesaid, the Planning Board of the Borough of Madison hereby gives notice that it will meet to discuss or act upon public business on each of the dates set forth below, at the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey.

 

     The Regular meetings of the Planning Board shall be held on the First Tuesday and Last Tuesday of each month, except in the months of January and June during the Year 2008, when the regular meeting will be held on the second Tuesday of the month and in the month of September when the second regular meeting will be held on the fourth Tuesday of the month and in the month of November when the regular meeting will be held on the First Wednesday of the month and in the month of December, the regular meeting will be held on the First Tuesday of the month. The meetings will begin at 7:30 P.M. and will be held in the Board Room. Access to the Hartley Dodge Memorial will be via the East Entrance.

     Meeting dates are as follows:

     January 8, 2008 (Second Tuesday) Re-Organization and Regular Meeting

     March 25, 2008

     April 29, 2008

     August 26, 2008

     September 2, 2008

     September 23, 2008 (Fourth Tuesday)

     October 7, 2008

     October 28, 2008

     November 5, 2008 (First Wednesday) 

     November 25, 2008

     December 2, 2008

     January 6, 2009 Re-Organization & Regular Meeting

           

Notice of any additions to the above schedule, or changes in the time, date or place or any scheduled meeting, will be published separately in the Madison Eagle and posted on the Bulletin Board at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey and delivered to the newspapers in advance, as required by law.

            BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Board of the Borough of Madison in the County of Morris and the State of New Jersey as follows:

 

            PURSUANT TO Chapter 231 of the Public Laws of the State of New Jersey for 1975, known as and hereinafter designated as the "Open Public Meetings Act" aforesaid, the Planning Board of the Borough of Madison hereby gives notice that it will meet to walk sites of the site plan and subdivision applications for the year 2008. The walks will take place on Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM; meeting place is the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Kings Road, Madison New Jersey.
