Applicant proposes and agrees, within eighteen months from the date of
the final approval of
the final Map, to complete the construction and installation of all monuments shown
thereon
and all improvements and facilities shown on the Final Map.
Applicant agrees as a condition precedent to approval of the Final Map
by the Madison
Planning Board, to file with the Borough of Madison a performance bond issued by a surety
or
bonding company, approved by the Borough Council, naming the Borough of Madison as
obligee, in the amount as estimated by the Madison Planning Board, to cover the cost of
all
improvements set forth in Schedule F hereunto attached, conditioned upon the satisfactory
completion and installation of said improvements within the time specified.
Applicant agrees, upon approval of the Final Subdivision Map, to
authorize the Planning
Board to act as his/her agent and secure the required copies of the plat and file
sufficient copies
with the Morris County Clerk (at the expense of the applicant) and that the filing thereof
in the
County Clerk's office shall constitute a dedication to the public use of all streets,
roads, rights
of way, easements, or other public ways and public lands shown thereon.
