ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MADISON AMENDING ORDINANCE 36-2006 TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF SAMSON AVENUE FOR THE 2006 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECTS
WHEREAS
, the Superintendent of Public Works has recommended that the Borough amend Ordinance 36-2006 to include the paving of a portion of Samson Avenue from the bridge to Main Street as part of the 2006 milling and overlay projects; andWHEREAS, the amount of appropriation of $300,000.00 is not changed by this amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Borough of Madison, in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey, as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance 36-2006 is amended to include the paving of a portion of Samson Avenue from the bridge to Main Street as part of the 2006 milling and overlay projects.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
