ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MADISON AMENDING ORDINANCE 24-2004 TO INCLUDE WOODLAND ROAD SIDEWALKS

 

WHEREAS, the Borough Administrator has recommended that the Borough amend Ordinance 24-2004 to include sidewalk and curb installation on Woodland Road, from Union Hill Road to Barnsdale Road, as part of the 2004 Road Improvement Program; and

WHEREAS, the amount of the appropriation of $461,000.00 is not changed by this amendment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Borough of Madison, in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey, as follows:

SECTION 1: Ordinance 24-2004 is amended to include sidewalk and curb replacement to Woodland Road, from Union Hill Road to Barnsdale Road, as part of the 2004 Road Improvement Program.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
