ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MADISON AMENDING ORDINANCE 38-2005 TO ALLOW FOR PURCHASE OF PAD-MOUNT TRANSFORMER AND SWITCHGEAR/METER CABINET FOR NEW FIRE AND POLICE BUILDING

 

WHEREAS, the Electric Utility Superintendent has recommended that the Borough amend Ordinance 38-2005 to allow for the purchase of the pad-mount transformer and switchgear/meter cabinet for the new Fire and Police Building; and

WHEREAS, the amount of the appropriation of $300,000.00 is not changed by this amendment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Borough of Madison, in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey, as follows:

SECTION 1: Ordinance 38-2005 is amended to include the purchase of the pad-mount transformer and switchgear/meter cabinet for the new Fire and Police Building.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
