May Day
May Day in Madison is a town wide beautification event, where 800+ volunteers fan out across our town to help clean up and improve our downtown, parks and other public spaces.

Memorial Day
Every year, Madison holds a ceremony in James Park to commemorate Memorial Day, featuring speeches from noteworthy individuals as well as musical performances. A parade processes from James Park to Hartley Dodge Memorial for a brief closing ceremony.

Madison Artist Studio Tour
The Madison Arts and Culture Alliance (MACA) sponsors the annual Madison Artist Studio Tour, featuring artists who live or work in Madison.

Giralda Music & Arts Festival
Arts Council of the Morris Area's fabulous Giralda Music and Arts Festival is held in Madison, NJ on the gracious lawns of Giralda Farms Corporate Park (the former Geraldine R. Dodge estate) and features a spectacular outdoor concert by The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. For more information, visit www.morrisarts.org

JUNE - SEPTEMBER:  The Madison Farmers Market is every Thursday from June - October and is located on Waverly Place in the heart of downtown Madison.

Every week 500+ residents come into town to see their neighbors, support NJ agriculture and see what the Madison Merchants have to offer.

OCTOBER: 

October Harvest Festival
The 2009 Autumn Harvest Festival was one of the best events to happen east of Rosedale!  It is now part of a month long celebration of the harvest for the businesses on the east end with farmers, vendors and businesses all setting up displays at the Staples Plaza.

Bottle Hill Day
Bottle Hill Day is the first Saturday in October and is Madison's biggest event, drawing over 10,000 people into the downtown for a day of fun, exhibits, crafts, activities and community.

Restaurant Week
The 2009 Fall Restaurant Week was a HUGE, SMASHING success with some restaurants reporting a 400% increase in sales! Thank you to everyone who made it possible. We will definitely bring back restaurant week again in 2010.
