Description
Madison, Chatham Borough and Chatham Township adults.
Screening includes CMP (comprehensive metabolic profile blood analysis), blood pressure checks, information on cholesterol and diet, fitness and preventing osteoporosis. The CMP analysis includes total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, CBC and other blood components.
Pre-registration is necessary. Call 593-3079x1 starting November 12.
$25.00 charge for Madison residents.
