Health Department 2008 Calendar
Please be aware that changes in this calendar may be
necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. Please check this

Child Health Conferences (Immunization Clinics)
Free state-provided childhood immunizations are
available at the Child Health Conferences for uninsured or underinsured
children.
The Child Health Conferences are held in the Health
Department at 28 Walnut Street one day each month.
Appointments are necessary and may be made by calling
593-3079 ext. 9.
NJ Family Care applications are available for medical and
dental care coverage for uninsured children.
Flu Clinics
Residents 50 years of age and older
The immunizations are offered at no cost
to persons with a traditional Medicare plan (Part B) who bring their
card. All others will be charged a $25.00 fee.
The clinics will take place at the Madison Civic Center at 28 Walnut Street. No appointments
necessary.
Monthly Blood Pressure Dates
These free clinics for 2008 are held on the second Friday of each
month at the Madison Civic Center, 28 Walnut Street, from 8:30 -
9:30am
