On the First Floor
Using the front
entrance to the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, the
Clerk's office is located on your left in the office of
"Administration" along with the Downtown
Manager and Personnel/Purchasing Officer. Also on the first floor you will find
the Tax Collector
where,
in addition to paying your taxes, you can pay your utility bills. The Finance
Office is across from "Administration"
where you may connect or disconnect from water
and light utilities.
On the Second Floor
Building
permits, Planning,
Zoning and Engineering matters or the
Tax
Assessor services may be obtained on the second floor. The Borough
Administrator's office is also located on the second floor in
addition to the Mayor's Office and the Executive Assistant. At the top of the grand staircase on the
second floor you will find the Council Chamber where Regular Meetings of
the Mayor and Council take place. The
Committee Room, where Work Sessions are conducted, the Planning Board
Meeting Room, Trustees' Office and Employee Lounge are also found on the
second floor.
Maple Avenue Side and
Green Avenue Side of the HDM
The Municipal
Court entrance
is located on the Maple Avenue side of the Hartley Dodge Memorial
and the Fire Department
entrance is located on the Green Avenue side of the Hartley Dodge
Memorial.
Rear entrance to the HDM
The Police
Department entrance is at the rear of the Hartley Dodge
Memorial.

28 Walnut Street - Madison Civic Center
The Senior
Citizens Center is located at 28 Walnut Street along with the
Health
Department . You may secure dog and cat licenses,
and copies of marriage, birth and death certificates from the Registrar
of Vital Statistics in the Health Department.
10 Maple Avenue
Project
Pride is located at 10 Maple Avenue, along with the Recreation
Department.
