Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may come to the Clerk's
office to pick up voter
registration forms, absentee
ballot applications, raffles
license applications, and more. Dog and
cat license applications are processed at the Madison Board
of Health on 28 Walnut Street (973) 5933079, Ext. 3058.
