The Office of the Clerk consists of the following personnel:

• Deputy Clerk Patricia Graham (973) 593-3040
• Senior Office Assistant Patricia Macaluso (973) 593-3042 ext.3342

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may come to the Clerk's office to pick up voter registration forms, absentee ballot applications, raffles license applications, and more. Dog and cat license applications are processed at the Madison Board of Health on 28 Walnut Street (973) 5933079, Ext. 3058.
