The Office of the Clerk consists of the following personnel:

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may come to the Clerk's office to pick up voter registration forms, Vote By Mail applications, raffles license applications, and more.  Dog and cat license applications are issued/processed by the Madison Board of Health at 28 Walnut Street (973) 5933079, Ext. 3058.
