ADDENDUM #1
BOROUGH OF MADISON, MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
REQUEST FOR SEALED QUOTE RELOCATION (MOVING) SERVICES
SEALED QUOTE OPENING DATE FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2008, 11:00 AM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed quotes for the Relocation (Moving) Services will include an acknowledgement of this ADDENDUM #1 by the Borough of Madison, County of Morris, State of New Jersey. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CHANGE form included in the quote documents on page 18 must be completed. Addendum #1 consists of the following changes:

  • On Page 1 of the Hartley Dodge Furniture Movement Plan (HDFMP), in the Department "Clerk", add 12 office divider panels (various sizes)
  • On Page 2 of the HDFMP, in the Department "Court Admin" add one (1) SAFE.
  • On Page 3 of the HDFMP, in the Department "Mayor" add 1 floor rug and 3 lamps.
  • On Page 3 of the HDFMP, add 1 bench, 1 table, 1 bulletin board in the hallway.
  • On Pages 3-4 of the HDFMP, in the Department "Fire Dept" remove all items.
  • On Page 4 of the HDFMP, in the Department "Council Chamber", the correct count of Council Chairs is 18, not 12.
  • On Page 4 of the HDFMP, in the Department "Council Chamber", the 92 Chairs includes the chairs not included in the count of chairs in the Department "Committee" (on page 4).
  • On Page 4 of the HDFMP, in the Department "Council Chamber", REMOVE the one (1) desk and the three (3) Statues/Busts.
  • On Page 4 of the HDFMP, in the Department "Board Room", the correct count of Other Chairs is 30.
  • Vendor is to supply larger size boxes (as opposed to banker boxes) for the cartons mentioned under the Materials section.
  • No overtime rates will be paid under this contract.
