The Friends of the Madison Public Library  is a non-profit, volunteer group founded in 1938.

Friends-sponsored events and charitable activities help keep the Madison Public Library an outstanding center of culture and learning for this community.

This Year’s Fundraising Goal is to reach $75,000 by December 31, 2010!

Be a part of the Friends’ mission to help the Library meet the evolving needs of our dynamic community.

Money raised will support the extensive collection, fine educational programs, and up-to-date technology offered by one of Madison’s most important and enduring institutions.

Thank you again for your support! Money raised by the Friends makes it possible for the library to provide many offerings that it would be unable to afford through government funding alone.
